Pumpkin Bread


This is one of my favorite recipes my mother used to make. Normally  I cut two slices and add whipped cream between the two.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1  teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Divide between two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
